Family Medical ID

Emergency information ID for families. This unique web based system allows your ID keytag to render information for your family. Family member tags can also have information for you. Each member's keytag can be configured differently. For instance, a young person's tag can be limited to a first name and a contact number. The choices are yours.

Although the key tag is designed for your key ring, you can use the key tag on a backpack or in your wallet. You could also engrave your ID and PIN on a medical bracelet or necklace (be sure to include the web address "www.erinfo.net").
